TRAINING FACILITIES 

Our excellent training facilities are based just outside of Newcastle and are only a short journey from our accommodation.

With on site facilites including changing rooms and showers alongside the excellent pitches, Whitley Park truly is an amazing training venue and we are delighted to be able to host the Liuve Like A Pro Footballer experience here.

Whitley Park was previously used as Newcastle United's interim training ground whilst they developed their own purpose built training ground, (which is only a stone's throw away from our Whitley Park location).

Whilst Newcastle United have built their own training ground, they still continue to play many of their reserve team home fixtures at Blue Flames and use the ground as an overflow site for training when Newcastle play host to visiting clubs. Many famous football teams have trained here, including Roma, Dynamo Kiev, Juventus, Barcelona Sporting Lisbon, Aston Villa – plus National teams like England U21s and Turkey..
